Smartbox gift voucher

Hello,
I just offered a smartbox and when I wanted to register it, it says that the "gift voucher has been canceled for security reasons." But what reasons? The store activated the box and the customer service is unreachable. Does anyone have an answer?

        Either the gift voucher has been stolen and resold, or it is a fake gift voucher.

        However, I bought it at a Fnac store so that's that.. The gift was just opened and the box had been plastic-wrapped for a month, since the date I bought it.
        A friend told me it might be because of covid, but I doubt it...

        I was told that the box was registered with an email I don't know at all and that basically it already belongs to someone else.
        Except that I bought it from the store. And supposedly they can't do anything. So 110 euros for nothing.
