Mi Pad 5 tablet won't start anymore

Hello,
I just bought a Mi Pad 5 tablet. After 2 days, it won't turn on anymore. It shows 100% charge and indicates that it is charged. I can't start it in safe mode or any other mode.
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

    You need to press the start button and at the same time the volume down button.

    I have the same problem.
    The tablet doesn't even charge anymore...

    Have you tried to start it by holding the power button down for several seconds??? (20 seconds)
