Bose 700 subwoofer not connecting anymore

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum and I'm not very familiar with the customs here, so I'm going to present my problem in the hope that someone can help me.
I have a Bose LifeStyle 600 home theater system that includes a Bass Module 700.

Recently, when I turn on the system, the bass module does not connect to the amp and the light on the subwoofer blinks: orange, white, red continuously.

I connected the subwoofer directly to the amp with a jack cable via the Acoustimas input, but it doesn't work.

However, by “tinkering” with some wire in the female connector of the subwoofer, sometimes I manage to make the speaker “buzz” and then, miraculously, it connects. I have to do this operation every time I turn the system back on!!!

I searched online to see if other users had encountered this problem, but I found nothing. If anyone has an idea to save me, I'm all ears!
Thank you in advance.

    Hello,
I don't have the solution, but I have the same problem on Lifestyle 550 since recently.
Perhaps the latest update is causing this issue?
    Best regards

Same with the Bose 500 system, the subwoofer won't connect anymore so I ordered the cable, we'll see!

        Hello Yo92,
I did as you did, I ordered the cable but there was no change after installation...

      Hello,
To share this issue, I resolved it by sending the subwoofer for repair to Bose for about €150, with the shipping covered by Bose using UPS.
Additionally, it was quick, taking no more than 3 weeks. Best regards.

        What repairs did they make?
I also have the problem; the subwoofer no longer connects and there are no indicators lit up.
