The new 4K decoder from C+ works interchangeably in either of the two modes, satellite and/or internet! However, internet is mandatory for VOD and Replay.
Your internet service provider (Orange, Bouygues, Free, etc...) can also offer you to receive all of C+ along with other channels provided by them.
Of course, receiving C+ channels requires paying for a subscription corresponding to the proposed "packages" -> Canal+ Offers

If you only have an Android or iOS smartphone, C+ can be accessed via the internet with an app called MyCanal, which offers you the same programs, more or less, as the specific C+ decoder
