Wifi issues with the Canal+ decoder Closed

Hello,

I just received the new Cana+ decoder, but I'm unable to connect to my Livebox-21f8 via Wi-Fi. It recognizes it but won't connect even after entering my security key.

If anyone has a solution, I'd be grateful. Thank you.

Hello, my issue is that I can't find my network with my decoder! However, in the available network search bar, I can see my network name but then it's impossible to activate it, I press OK but nothing works, can someone help me please!

Hi,

for the livebox, in order to connect a new device, you first need to activate the pairing (the wifi button will start blinking for a few minutes), and during that time, you should try reconnecting your device.

It allows you to bring the internet connection directly to the box for your television (decoder) via your home electrical network using two plugs and two Ethernet cables.
