Slow download but "good" speed

Hello,
My internet speed with Orange is about 6/7 Mb/s (as stated on the box and verified via speedtest).
However, during my downloads, I hardly exceed 100 kB/s whether it's a software or via a launcher like Epic Games or others.
In the Task Manager -> Performance -> Wifi, the consumption is still 6/7 Mb/s.
I am connected via wifi, no powerline...
And via Ethernet, there is no difference.
Any idea what might be using my data?

The problem is not your connection, but the servers you're downloading from and the bandwidth they allocate for downloads.
I have fiber with Orange, I get 900 megabits on Steam when I download, sometimes I hit 2 MB/s, 30 MB/s, and sometimes down to 600 kbps or even 0. It's the servers; there's nothing you can do. We're all in the same boat unfortunately.
