Your PC is indicating, among other things, "Operating System not found"
The system did not find Windows. I assume your system disk (HDD/SSD) is out of order.
The disk needs to be replaced.

the PC is trying to boot from the network
go to the BIOS --> Boot tab and set the HDD/SDD as "first boot" (it's F2 to access the BIOS)
save the change with F10 and Y (for yes)
see what happens after restarting the PC
