Freebox TV and server association issue

Hello,
a few days ago, a friend of mine received her freebox.
I set it up for her and the TV and internet were working very well.
Three days later, my friend called me to say that the TV wasn't working anymore, and indeed, her television screen says "association with freebox server in progress," and it has been like this for a few hours.
I tried pressing the red buttons on the power boxes
but no result.
How can I get the TV working again??
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

it's a small synchronization problem between the two plugs
you just need to
1- Press and hold the button on one of them for 15s (the light turns orange)
2- Press and hold the other one for 2s (the light blinks red-green)
3- Press and hold the first plug for 2s (the light blinks red-green on both plugs and should normally synchronize =)
