Hello!

By mistake, I clicked to accept notifications from this site.

Since then, I can't get rid of them (the "cookie settings" don't allow me to click on it, how convenient) and even after running Adwcleaner; ZHPcleaner; Roguekiller and Tdsskiller, pop-ups keep reappearing regularly.

I am using Firefox on Windows Seven 64.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello,

Popups are one thing, and they're very difficult to get rid of except possibly with a script blocker (NoScript...), and even then not always.

But if it's just notifications, they are directly managed in Firefox:

Hello Brucine, and thank you for your help.

I also have a method here:

    https://www.kaspersky.fr/blog/disable-browser-notifications/12045/

I found where to act in Firefox (privacy).
I typed "permissions" in the search bar (time saver) and blocked that nasty site in "notifications" where it was set to "allowed".

Now, I just have to wait for the next restarts of Windows and Firefox to see if it was effective and permanent! If so, I will close the post.

Thanks again to you, and have a great end of the week!

    Hello everyone!

After adjusting the settings in Firefox, I no longer have the issue mentioned in this post.

    Thanks again for Brucine's help!

You're welcome, but once again, unless you have a script manager, it won't help you bypass popups.
