Hello
I would say that the graphics card is likely too limited, or there is insufficient memory (either for the card or in total RAM if, for example, a stick is not working)
It’s also possible that the processor is being used by another application at that moment, which slows it down
Therefore, the solution would be to remove all unnecessary programs at Windows startup, remove or configure Aero; delete Windows temporary files, then from Internet Explorer
Finally, proceed with a fragmentation analysis if necessary and then conduct a thorough file scan to detect any potential infection.-
Yes, but for example, my start menu opens without any problem and I don't see any performance differences except for the speed at which windows open. I only have my antivirus at startup and I have an i5 processor and 8 GB of RAM. Why delete the temp files from Internet Explorer? It is not installed on my computer. My computer is defragmented once a week. Thank you very much for your response, but it does not help me solve my problem :/

Hello
I was talking about i.e, but there are also "temp" files for Mozilla, Chrome, and any other browser
in addition to the Windows temp files,
some will say to do it, others won't, so it's up to the user to decide, but I would also remove the prefetch
the CPU and RAM are not an issue in principle, so we need to look at the files, a bug, or some software without being able to say more without seeing the PC -
see also the size of the cache...
