Hello,
I have a problem with my "Windows Help and Support" on Windows 7.
Indeed, when I turn on my PC, a "Windows Help and Support" window opens by itself, and when I close it, it reopens instantly even though I don't need any help.
.
I have reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled Windows 7, and the problem persists.
However, if I hold down the F1 key, the help window stops opening, but that is not practical at all.
I hope there is a solution to stop this help from appearing?
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.3

For Windows 7
Click Start, type Services in the search box or Search programs and files.
Double-click Services in the list of programs. If prompted for an administrator password or to confirm an operation, enter your password or confirm the operation.
Right-click on the Windows Update service, then click Properties.
Under the General tab, change the "Automatic" option to "Disabled" next to Startup type.
