I installed Malwarebytes and ran a scan but it found nothing.

Any other ideas?

If you are not using Help and Support on Windows 7, delete these two files that you can back up to another device.
HelpPane.exe and winhlp32.exe.
No more issues with Help and Support

Vérifiez s'il n'y a pas de touche qui s'enfonce au niveau du clavier. Et pour ce faire, déconnectez le clavier et allumez l'ordinateur pour voir si la fenêtre apparaît de nouveau.

Hello, I have the same problem, I wanted to know if you found a solution or if FNAC has found a solution?
The help and support window (process: helpane) opens every time I open an Internet Explorer 9 beta window or when I click on the Windows logo (start).
Moreover, I have an issue with Firefox as well, when I type on Google, Firefox help also opens on another tab.

and normally in this case there should be no viruses "unless it's a virus !!"

for XP, double-click on ZHPDiag

for Vista and Seven right-click on the icon and run as administrator.

Don't forget to check the box that allows you to create a shortcut on the Desktop.

Double click on the ZHPDiag shortcut on your Desktop for XP or right-click and run as administrator !!

Click on the screwdriver then on All to check all the option boxes.

Click on the magnifying glass to start the scan.

If you get a message asking for validation for SIGCHECK, accept with OK, this is to give us a more complete report and allow for a more in-depth reading

Let the tool work, it can take quite a while

At the end of the scan, click on the camera and save the report on your Desktop.


Close ZHPDiag at the end of the scan.

Well, your link is useless!! It's for downloading Windows help and support, not for stopping the window from opening.

Look at the F1 key, it is probably stuck or pressed down.

Nicolas is your computer a desktop or a laptop??
Why not post the zhpdiag for review!!

The windows keep opening... I tried all the solutions... It was the F1 key that was stuck...
