Chromecast on TV without HDMI

Hello,
On my vacation rental website, there is an old cathode TV, so no HDMI.
The region has a limited signal due to the TNT antenna, so the reception isn’t great. The accommodation has internet.

Personally, I don't see the point!!
Might as well buy an (old ;-) TV with HDMI from a recycling center, it won't be more expensive and the picture will be fine!!

Hello, I have a different opinion than Mac, whom I warmly greet, and I welcome "Pims" as a new member. Let him try out the adapter for €16 and the Chromecast for €39, and then buy a second-hand or new TV.

But we don't know if Pims2568 already has the Chromecast!!
You can find a 32" LCD TV (without digital terrestrial television) at recycling centers for around €20
The HDMI > Scart converter gives image quality comparable to that of an old cathode TV, so no HDMI, don't expect HD Ready :-(
