we can call
But when someone calls, sometimes it goes through, sometimes it doesn’t ?? : the phone lights up, we see the name of the caller, but it doesn’t ring. I’ve read and reread the manual. But I can’t find a solution

    I don’t think it’s a network issue,
    I bought the phone in July 2021

    what should be changed in the settings?

    I’ve already tried unplugging it and it didn’t change anything

    Alcatel A630 ???? are you sure about this model? There is an F630... but the A630 is unknown at Alcatel.

    On the screen of the handset(s), is there an icon representing a music note crossed out?
    If yes, the ringtone is disabled.
