My nvidia control panel crashes

Hello,
I have a little problem ^^'
So here, I would like to play games on my PC because I have an Nvidia GeForce graphics card, the only problem is that when I launch games, the PC uses the integrated graphics chip (the really bad one).
I would like to change the graphics card that the PC uses through the Nvidia control panel.
However, when I open the control panel in the program settings (3D settings --> program settings), my panel crashes and the window disappears. I don't know how or why.
If someone knows:
- how to change the graphics card configuration without going through the Nvidia control panel
- why my panel crashes when I go into this option
- is there a way to fix it?
