Incomplete Nvidia Control Panel

Hello, I have an Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card and it is not working properly... when I open the control panel, instead of having access to a lot of features, it just says "portable" as you can see (I should mention that I'm on a desktop computer). Does anyone have a solution? Thank you in advance :)

Hi,

Right-click on the Start button > Run > services.msc

Check if all Nvidia services are running

They don't all need to be set to Automatic; I set them to Manual.

  Indeed, the Nvidia services were almost all set to automatic and one wasn't started. But now that I've restored everything properly in the Nvidia control panel, nothing has changed...

Or, another idea,

Once the Nvidia service is started, run the NVIDIA Control Panel as an administrator

The > "C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Control Panel Client\nvcplui.exe"

So there, you might need to uninstall the driver in safe mode with Display Driver Uninstaller

Extract it to a folder on C: (it will be easier to find)

With Windows PowerShell (Admin)

Type CMD

Type bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy

Press F8 at the very beginning of the startup to boot into safe mode and use DDU

Then reinstall the Nvidia driver

  @Icefire692Do you have two video ports behind your PC?
  
  Is your monitor connected to the bottom port? The one with the slots?
  
  Your monitor needs to be connected to the Nvidia card, not to the motherboard port.
