BIOS crashed after secure boot activation

Hello, yesterday I tried to install Windows 11, and once it was done, I was told that I didn't have secure boot enabled to access an application.
I went into the BIOS to enable it, but then I got this message: "secure boot can be enabled when platform is in user mode. Repeat operation after enrolling platform key (pk)."
It was then that, I don't really know what I did, but I found an option to install the platform key (pk).
It asked me for confirmation if I wanted to proceed with the installation, I typed YES, and then my screen went black, and since then I can't do anything. I tried repeatedly to turn off and on my PC, but nothing works. I also can't access the BIOS.
I tried to clear the CMOS, but I'm not sure if I succeeded, and I still can't access the BIOS.
Now when I turn on my PC, I have three LEDs that blink one after the other every 5 to 10 seconds with a weird noise, and my graphics card has a fan that tries to start spinning but fails at the same time as the sequence of the three LEDs. The three LEDs are VGA, CPU, and DRAM.
I'm completely lost, and I need help, please.
Best regards
Edit: While searching, I came across this topic that doesn’t reassure me too much. It seems to have exactly the same problem as mine and hasn't succeeded in solving it https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-36030962-bootloop-et-bios-inaccessible-apres-activation-du-secure-boot

Hi,
A Clear CMOS, you can read in the manual, it should be explained
Or
Unplug the power
Remove the CR2032 battery
Short-circuit the two pins for 10 seconds, sometimes there's a jumper to move, or it's often labeled CLR_CMOS
Short-circuiting the two terminals + and - of the battery holder can also have the same effect.-
Yes, I tried to do that manipulation but nothing works. I don't have access to the BIOS and my screen stays black without the motherboard brand appearing at the beginning. I have three LEDs that light up one by one, a bit like a sequence every 10 seconds, which are VGA, CPU, and DRAM. I'm wondering if I might have bugged my BIOS by trying to clear the CMOS while still powered on? I saw a video from Top Achat that said to do it like that...
