Hello, I recently purchased a Canon EOS 2000D.
But this morning I discovered that it doesn't have burst mode. I went to forums to find out how to activate it and found that it sometimes happens and that you need to reset the settings. But when I went into the menu, I saw that there was no option to clear the settings. It won't even connect to my PC via USB anymore. Can you help me?
Thank you in advance.

Do not forget that if the purchase is new, it is under warranty.
