Hello,

When I turn on my computer and have entered my login to access my desktop, I systematically see a dialog box appear:

I’m new to the forum so I attached an image as a screenshot, but since I’m not sure how it works, I will copy-paste the description of the error, then attach the details of it:

"An unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will terminate immediately.

Unable to load the file or assembly 'Tqxpongttyst, Version = 1.0.0.0. Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Unhandled exception, thrown by the method called via reflection. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131604)."

Details:

Refer to the end of this message for more detail on calling Just-In-Time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

                                  • JIT Debugging **************

To enable Just-In-Time (JIT) debugging, the configuration file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the value
jitDebugging set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When Just-In-Time debugging is enabled, unhandled exceptions
will be sent to the registered JIT debugger on the computer
instead of being handled by this dialog box.

There you go, I would really like to know how to get rid of this thing and also if it is nothing serious since, in fact, when I click quit, nothing happens but I’m still worried about the health of my computer. When I click continue, another window opens titled "Main" but the window is white and empty, as if it’s bugged...

I should note that I am on an ASUS TUF 550 Pro laptop.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Talk to you soon,

Sep'.
