Hello,
After using Driver Boost Pro to update my drivers, I now have no sound on my computer.
The sound icon in the taskbar has a red cross over it. It no longer recognizes the input and output audio devices (Realtek has disappeared and Nvidia output is not connected).
After searching in the device manager, I found that the OED Intel(R) Smart Sound driver is not working, and an error code 10 is displayed.
I am unable to fix the error; I've tried everything (reinstalling the driver, updating it, rebooting the PC, updating the BIOS, etc.).
What can I do?
I have a 2020 Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 15".
