Good evening everyone! :)
I moved in two weeks ago to a house with Fiber.
Everything is working perfectly!

However, the Ethernet ports in the house are not connected to anything:

I don't know much about this, but it seems obvious to me that a connection needs to be made between the Box and these Ethernet ports.
How should I proceed? :)

Good evening Nai,

It seems that your installation was meant to distribute the phone in the rooms; you just have to look at the unplugged black cables under the patch panel, with the gray cables going back to the rooms.

You indeed need to connect the outputs of the Box to the inputs of the patch panel; you can take inspiration from this topic and the diagram by Brupala:

The problem is that the Box needs to be installed near the patch panel, as well as the wall optical socket PTO, which is currently located outside of this electrical cabinet... And we do not know the quality of the gray cables, intended for the phone; they may limit the internet speed of your Box...

Hi,
did you have the fiber PTO installed at this location?
It should have been installed at the communication cabinet, where your patch panel is; this is a mistake.
You can fix this by installing a switch at the communication cabinet, but for 4 sockets, it's silly.
Also,
why is one cable cut haphazardly?
Where is it redirected to?

  No, I let the Orange technicians handle it. I just indicated that the TV and the box would be "there". I wasn't told (despite the presence of RJ45 sockets in every room) that it would be better to do it differently :/
  As for the switch, I thought about it, but do I need to run at least one ethernet cable to the panel?
  The technicians used the ethernet socket in the living room (which they have disabled) to pull the fiber optic cable and install the socket.
  Can I have Orange come in to have this socket installed in the panel?

    You clearly ran into some incompetent sabotage experts,
    they don't have the right to dismantle anything for installation and they definitely should have installed the fiber connection to the communication box.

    I’ll call Orange tomorrow to ask them to install the thing in the box.
    I already called and got this response:
    - Is it working?
    - Yes
    - Everything? Internet, TV, and phone?
    - Yes
    - Well, good luck...
    
    I now know that it shouldn't have been installed in the living room.
    But I have little hope of getting them to intervene at their expense... :(

    Threatening them with legal action for sabotage, that’s the only thing.
    There is also the telecom mediator to contact as well as alerting ARCEP
    But here we are clearly dealing with sabotage and excesses that need to be stopped.

The TEL SPLITTER box is only connected to the DTI on the LINE output/input

What are all these ethernet cables for then:

There are 7 of them! They are indeed RJ45.
We don't have 7 phones in one house lol

  Could the fiber have used the casing of this cable to reach the PTO?
  
  As for the black "cables", they are not Ethernet cables, but telephone "octopuses" (the sockets only have 2 wired conductors. They were used to distribute the telephone or ADSL signal in the 5 rooms via the patch panels.

  No, no more RJ45 in the living room. The fiber indeed used the sheath to reach the PTO, in the living room. It's the RJ45 cable that is cut "in a rough manner."

  You need to run a Cat 5 cable in that spot to go to the communication box and install a switch there.
  It might be worth filing a complaint against Orange for sabotage.

June 22, 2022: The cable has been repaired (after the visit of 3 technicians who didn’t know why they were there).
Now, the problem is the speed (test at 90Mb/s)!

    For now, it is in its box. I haven't taken care of it yet.
    The idea is to connect the switch to the Ethernet port in the living room to link the two PCs and the TV (see diagram)

    I had done the test without the switch, connected directly to the Ethernet port in the living room.
    I installed the switch: similar speed. The problem must be coming from the cable connections installed (Category 6).
    A technician "should" come on Tuesday morning. I'll see ^^

    It is not the category that is at fault, but rather a faulty wiring in the sockets that is probably the issue.
