Pair my yookie YKS2 earbuds

Hello,
I bought YOOKIE YKS2 wireless earbuds, I can't sync them, I've followed all the scenarios found on youtube but only one earbud works (Initially the right one) and after trying to sync (The left one only).
Please, is there anyone among you who has used these same YOOKIE earbuds???

    No, not those... But you must have a manual with you, even if it's brief, there are some indications... there is also the manufacturer's website.

      There is no information about pairing and synchronization in the manual, and I couldn't find the manufacturer's website to contact their technical support.

    Your manual should have a website address in a corner, or a QR code that leads to this site..?

    Generally, all of this is reset by placing both earbuds in their case and holding down on the touch sensors of each earbud simultaneously for 30 seconds.

    You can always try that..

    I think YOOKIE YKS2 is not the real brand... it's a product from elsewhere and the distributor engraved this brand on it to throw off the scent... because online, this brand only exists in your country... it's strange.

    Here is a manual in French for other models... but I believe you can use it for inspiration.
