Table of Contents Title Offset

Hello,

I don't understand why some titles in my table of contents are misaligned, and the page number is duplicated (see image)?

I tried deleting and rewriting my titles in the body of the document while applying the correct heading level...

    First of all, I would say that the tab stops are poorly set.

    When you say that the tab stops are incorrectly placed, are you referring to the table of contents or the body? Thanks again!

    No, in the table of contents. The styles TM1, TM2, etc. need to be reviewed.

      Otherwise, you can anonymize the document.
      I just need one page with different heading levels plus the table of contents. Just put xxxx everywhere.
