G pro x problem

Hello,
I just bought the G Pro X Wireless headset and I have a constant background noise, a kind of buzzing sound. I have changed headsets several times because the problem has recurred for the third time, and each time the headset has a dial that changes the volume of the OS and not the headset itself. I believe this is because the headset volume is at max, which causes this noise, something that happens with headsets that have volume dials when they are maxed out.
It's worth noting that I exchanged my first headset and the problem persisted with the same model. So do you know of a driver that will fix my problem, or a way to lower the headset sound apart from the OS sound, or other solutions?

I am apparently one of the few to have this problem, and as I said, I've experienced it with several models from different brands, so the quality of the headset has nothing to do with it, even though I believe it is still very good.

Hello,
I have exactly the same issue, and my Logitech G Pro X headset is not of poor quality. I'm looking for the same solution to this problem and I recommend contacting Logitech France.
