Unable to connect to my LinkedIn account

Hello,

Since yesterday, I have been unable to log into my LinkedIn account.

I start by entering my username and password to connect.
LinkedIn then asks me for a verification via CAPTCHA "Let's do a quick security check."

Once this verification is successfully completed, it sends me to an error page.

I have made several attempts on my computer (both Safari and Chrome), and got the same result on iOS.

If anyone has any ideas, I’m all ears :)

Hello,

So clearing the cache doesn’t change anything, however clicking on
"forgot password" allowed me to reconnect to my account.. by the way, without changing my password haha.. maybe a bug..

Hello,

I'm experiencing the same problem as you currently on LinkedIn.

I'm unable to reconnect to my account.

When I enter my password, it redirects me to "forgot password" with a code sent to my email address that I never receive. It's as if my email address no longer exists, even though my LinkedIn account has been active for over 12 years and used every week! Until July 17, I received LinkedIn notifications daily, and suddenly nothing since my Microsoft subscription renewal.

I don't know if there's a Microsoft setting that has changed or something else.

I attempted to contact LinkedIn as it requests a Captcha and even identity verification with an ID card, but without success for 5 days. If anyone is experiencing the same issue or has a solution, thank you for your advice.

Hello,

In this area, there is no miracle solution; the only option is to check with the help available on the relevant site.

In this area, normally the code in question should arrive at the email address (if it hasn't changed in the meantime...) that was provided at the time of account creation.

Hi, thanks for the link.
I've looked it over thoroughly, nothing corresponds to my issue.
Still the same problem for 3 days, can't connect :/
