Hello,
After quite a few setbacks and 2 nights sifting through forums, I'm sharing the solution that worked for me to get a stable image with Terratec Grabby on SECAM VHS.
First, I checked the video quality on a television => All good
If possible, test your cables with a multimeter (I had a wiring issue in a SCART => RCA/SVHS box)
Procedure to follow:
In the Device Manager, uninstall the current drivers.
Then install this one:
http://terratec.ultron.info/Video/TerraTec/G1/Updates/TERRATEC_G1_Driver_WIN10.exe
Once the installation is complete, you need to force the use of this driver:
- right-click on the Terratec driver / update / browse my computer / choose from a list of drivers / select Terratec G1 from the list then next and accept the warning messages.
Restart the PC, you should get this:
Use this version of the Magix software available here:
http://terratec.ultron.info/Software/Magix_Video_Easy/MAGIX_Video_easy_TERRATEC_Edition_3.exe
For your information, I also have a new Dazzle box purchased from the Pinnacle site in August 2021, and I can't get a color image in SECAM...

Hello, welcome as a new member. To date, given the desperate messages on CCM, it turns out that following Windows updates, no provider is able to supply drivers to fix these capture devices, even Dazzle has no solution and has refunded the devices.
