USB reading issue on Panasonic TV

Hello,

I just bought a Panasonic TV, and I can't read USB drives or any other external devices like multimedia hard drives, even though they work on another television.

Does anyone have a solution for me?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 42.0.2311.135
