Hello,

I have been using Thunderbird for months; however, for some reason, all the emails I send to myself end up in the SPAM (Junk) folder, and this issue also occurs with all the emails I receive containing working IE links.

What I'm looking for is for Thunderbird to not consider any EMAIL as SPAM, that is, as Junk mail.

THANK YOU in advance for your responses from "H ow It W orks"

Hello bazfille, Serbar22,

Thank you for your quick responses, but I'm still stuck with my problem, as your responses are too complicated for me to understand.

For your information, I had to contact my provider regarding Internet Explorer and email, because by default and following a software update, all incoming emails containing either an image or an IE link were automatically filtered as they were considered SPAM (junk).

However, even though they are no longer considered spam by the provider, they still are for THUNDERBIRD!

Please inform me with a "print screen" / screenshot on how to configure Thunderbird so that NO EMAILS are considered junk / SPAM.

I could then communicate this on your behalf and on behalf of CCM / Comment Ça Marche in FRANCE to the provider in SWITZERLAND, which has put the application “Thunderbird” on its website so that its clients can manage their emails.

@Tonus55,

Too complicated?!!!

If you want to make sure that no received messages end up in spam and stay in the inbox, start by ensuring that it's not your provider (which we don't know) marking them as spam, as mentioned at the beginning of my tutorial, and TB that synchronizes what is on the online account if the account is set up in IMAP (which we don't know).

If the account is in IMAP, the spam from the online account will go into the spam folder of TB.
If the account is in POP, since this protocol only deals with the inbox, the spam from the online account will not be imported by TB.

Then, in Thunderbird:

P.S: I didn't really appreciate the imperative "Please inform me..."
