Hello,
Check that the receiver is properly placed on its charger.
Make sure the contacts of the charger are clean...
If everything seems normal on the transmitter side during charging (the "Led Accu" light blinking at least one bar), but it never reaches a full charge or despite being fully charged, the device discharges immediately upon attempt to use, then the built-in batteries are faulty..
In this case, they need to be replaced... you can find batteries on the market but the replacement is not necessarily easy.
So, check with Sennheiser customer service for assistance
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
