Hello,

I played Rappelz then crashed Savage when I wanted to reconnect, and they told me I was indefinitely banned for abuse. It's been a week since this indefinite ban without cause, and if possible, I would like help because I am a big fan of this game and I don't want to stop suddenly. I contacted support but haven’t received much response, so if there is a solution, please let me know right away (thank you).

No solution. CCM cannot lift a ban nor comment on the decisions of the administrators of this site.
