Robotic voice on one of my vinyls

Hello,
I have a problem with two of my vinyl records. I bought a Big Ben turntable a year ago, but it also has other features. My first record (by Oasis) works perfectly, my second one (by Blur) does too, and they still work very well. However, on my two vinyls of The Weeknd, his voice sounds robotic and crackles a bit, although the instruments are fine. I've bought another vinyl of Blur and Oasis, and I got a vinyl of Pavement and Nirvana, and they work perfectly, except maybe for the one I bought from Blur, which does something similar with the voice to those of The Weeknd, but it's not as bad. Sorry for my spelling, I wrote this quickly. If someone could enlighten me on the subject to know where the problem comes from, it would be nice.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1.2

Hello, it might be a speed issue with the vinyl, try to help it spin a bit.

I didn't quite understand how to help him turn it a bit? Moreover, I forgot to mention that the robotic voice did not appear throughout the song, only at certain points in the song, and there are songs where it is hardly present.

If the disc doesn't spin fast enough or at the right speed, it gives a voice like the one you described; maybe at times it slows down a bit, which could explain this phenomenon.
