Isolate a whispering voice from an audio file

Hello, I have a short audio clip in wave or mp3 format with 2 voices that are almost inaudible: one whispering and one clear. I have worked on removing the noise using Goldwave in particular, but despite numerous attempts, I can’t manage to understand everything that is being said. Who could help me? Help!!! Thank you for your assistance.

There are software programs to remove the voice from an mp3

The opposite is also true!

You should be able to manage with Audacity: https://sourceforge.net/projects/audacity/

Maybe simply increasing the volume will allow you to hear the voices in question.

  Hi,
  you should try looking at the NICE player, it's a company that makes recording solutions for call centers and is therefore specialized in voices.
  You should try to get their codec to convert your file to .AUD format, it's proprietary, anyway, after that it should allow you to clean up your file by selecting the tracks.
