Hello,
The clipboard in Windows 8.1 is only stored (volatile memory...) in RAM and the files in this buffer are destroyed with every Windows restart.
Thanks to the recent history feature, the Windows 10 Clipboard can now remember multiple items simultaneously. Handy to avoid juggling with copy-paste!
Everyone knows the principle of the Clipboard on a computer. It’s a temporary storage that allows you to store an item – text, image, link, etc...
Ditto is an extension of the standard Windows clipboard.
It allows you to save each item placed in the clipboard in a database it manages for future access. Ditto can save any type of information that can pass through the clipboard: texts, images, HTML, etc...
Afterwards, you can also upgrade Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 for free here:
