Devialet Gemini Audio Right Sound Volume Very Low

Hello

So since yesterday, (I don't know how it happened) my right earbud is very quiet compared to the left one which is normal as usual.

I checked on the Devialet Gemini app the equalizer and the balance between left and right, and everything seems normal. Same with the phone settings…

Does anyone have any idea what's going on? And if maybe we can fix it at home?
