Hello,
I ordered a product on a website, and they asked me to confirm the payment on my bank's app. So far, so good. However, I accidentally closed the web page, so the order process wasn't completed. I didn't receive a confirmation email, and when I returned to the site, I saw that my item was still in my cart.
Logically, the order didn't go through, but will I still be charged since I confirmed the payment on my bank's app?
Thank you!

Hello,
Theoretically, a serious website only triggers payment upon dispatch.... After that, it remains to know whether the website in question is serious or not.....
If you mention the name of the site in your next response, it might be possible to provide more information....
In any case, for safety, monitoring your credit card charges is always useful...
