Pair a Hitachi TV with its remote control.

Question

Hello, my Hitachi remote RC 49141 no longer works with my TV 55F501HG2w69, and I have, of course, changed the batteries... I would like to try to re-pair it with my TV, but I can't find any tutorial online. Could someone please help me? Best regards.

check if this remote control emits signals (pulses)  You hold your smartphone in front, in camera mode, and you press a command button, you should see the LED emitting pulses...  If it doesn't emit anything, it won't work.

Hello,  there's nothing to associate. Your remote control is the one for your TV... at least it's from the same brand... although, it may not be compatible with this TV model, even if it's from the same brand... What you don't specify in your message. it's indeed called the "Original Remote Control"  If this remote control is sold separately, it likely comes with a manual and the code is indicated inside...  Changing the batteries doesn't change the code settings... or maybe it has never worked with this TV..??
