Stuck cartridge at the CP800 print head

Hello,
I want to change the ink cartridge but it refuses to come out.
I also can't manage to dismantle the printer.

I took it apart, and what I noticed is that the part that prints stays in the lowered position. So it's impossible to remove the cartridge. By prying it, we managed to take out the cartridge, but then it's impossible to put a new one back in... I haven't figured out how to reset this part of the printer so that it stays in the raised position...
