Hello,
If the Wi-Fi is active, it means there is no Wi-Fi within range...
Check with a smartphone which Wi-Fi networks are accessible in this area..?
Are you sure you have an internet box that broadcasts Wi-Fi in your house..??

yes, but as I said, if there is no network in the neighborhood, it's normal.
You did not answer my questions from POST 1
At the very least, you can restart your Atlas 200 by unplugging it for 5 minutes. I said unplug it, not turn it off with the button.
Place it 1 meter from the BOX and restart... what wifi does it receive?
If I understand correctly, it has never worked?

It doesn't prove that the two devices are on the same Wi-Fi..? Check the Wi-Fi names.
And if you connect via Ethernet RJ45 directly behind your BOX... it should work.
Give it a try.. even if you have to lay a cable on the floor, it's only for 5 minutes, just for testing. What's the model of your BOX..?
Has this Atlas 200 ever worked at your place..?

The problem is that I cannot search for a network
The green button and the red button do not even appear on the network interface settings screen
