Hello,
My Ozone messaging hard drive is full.
I can't delete any emails even though the trash is empty.
It shows me a message saying "no free space on the hard drive. Please press Shift+Delete to delete an email." That doesn't work either.
I've called technical support three times and they're asking me to select a section that I don't have in preferences and server settings.
Can someone please help me?
I'm moving in a month and would like to sort my 13,000 emails before I leave and change providers.
Thank you for your help!
Configuration: Android / Chrome 91.0.4472.120

Hello @Celine,
What you should do is install a messaging software like Thunderbird, set up your account in IMAP, and sort your emails from this software. The IMAP protocol creates a mirror image between your account and the software, which will delete anything you remove in the software from your account.
With Thunderbird, you can easily sort by any criteria (sender, date, subject, etc.) with a single click and make a multiple selection from the first to the last to delete, then click on "Delete."
It is also possible to eliminate the oldest messages all at once.
- Install Thunderbird on your PC by following the procedure below but keep the default choice as IMAP instead of POP as indicated:

Once the account is set up, select it on the left and use "View settings for this account."
- Immediately modify in Synchronization and storage space to indicate "Delete messages older than xx days" and click OK.

Thank you for getting back to me. I must admit it sounds a bit technical for me, but I will follow your detailed instructions and I will give it a try.
3 weeks I was working on it and no one to help me...
Well done! ????
From now on, only use Thunderbird. The end of the end of the very last messaging problems!!! ????
