Hello,
After reading quite a few of your common issues, I've been stuck for several hours at step 7 which won't start and gives me a download error. I've done the reset and recovery restarts but still nothing.
Could you please help me out?

You should contact Free, because even though your issue resembles the one mentioned in the grouped topic:

The problem seems to be resolved:
