JVC LT 48HW87U Smart TV Update

Hello, I have a problem with my JVC LT 48HW87U television, let me explain:
One morning we tried to turn on the TV, it turned on and the screen displayed the logo, then it turned off and the power light started flashing.
After that, I took my TV to a repair shop, where they explained that it was due to a firmware update that did not occur automatically even though it is a connected TV...
The repairman tried to recover the update but the Fnac Darty group refused him on the grounds that it is the customer who must request it....
From there, my wife and I contacted the JVC France group who told us they sold the manufacturing and sales rights to the Fnac Darty group...
We contacted the Fnac Darty group who treated us like we were nobody and told us there were only two solutions:
Either throw the TV away or have a technician from their company come to install the update, which would cost us at least €150...
My wife and I explained to him that the update should have been done automatically and for free, and he laughed at us, we asked if we could bring the TV to the Darty store and only pay for the installation and once again he laughed at us, claiming that given the size of the TV, customer service wouldn’t take it...
Our TV is three years old and just out of warranty...
All this to ask if anyone might have the update or know of a solution.
Thank you in advance for your responses

Configuration: Android / Chrome 91.0.4472.120

Hello,
this firmware is not online so it cannot be downloaded.

One morning we wanted to turn on the TV, it turned on but the screen displayed the logo, then it turned off and the power light started to blink.

Given the symptoms, could it be the power supply board that is faulty?

Good evening, thank you for the response, and apparently no, the card is perfect; the repairman checked everything.
