Hello, I can't access Netflix on my TV even though it's a smart TV... I'm thinking that maybe updating the TV would help, but I can't find the latest version... does anyone know where to find it please?

Hello, first of all, thank you for your reply. I have a Haier LE55Q6500U curved 4K smart TV and I can't find the Netflix app in the store; it's nowhere to be found... I was wondering if it was due to the version of the TV's update, but when I search for updates, it stays on "please wait..." I've waited 30 minutes but it's still the same... So I wanted to know if there's a website where we can find the latest update to download and then install it via USB...

You first need to check if there is an update, and you can verify that on the manufacturer's website.
To check it, you need to know the version of your current firmware, as searching without an update is pointless.

Then, if the store (which one?) doesn't contain the app, it's probably because it doesn't exist for that brand or model. Again, you'll find the information on the website or in your manual.

Unfortunately, "smart TV" is a term that refers to everything and anything. Currently, nothing is standardized in terms of services. One brand may be compatible with certain things, while another may not...

To download apps via Smart TV on your HAIER LE28F6600C, turn on your television and press "Home" if you're not already on the Smart TV menu automatically. Then, using the directional arrows, go to the "Smart Hub" or "Apps" section, and select "My Apps" on your HAIER LE28F6600C. There you will have access to all your pre-downloaded apps on your HAIER LE28F6600C television. You just need to select the one you want to use.

But if you want more, here’s how to do it: Go to "Playstore," which sometimes contains the word "Google" or your HAIER LE28F6600C TV brand. Thus, you will find yourself in a library of apps that you can download.
