Bypassing parental controls

Hello,
my son has been able to exceed his gaming time on his Switch for the past few days despite the parental controls. I allow him a certain amount of playtime, depending on the day, and he manages to exceed that time. When I check the app on my phone, I see an unlocked padlock. I looked at his Switch, but I don't see anything unusual. I also searched online, but found no explanations for the manipulation he might have done.

Could you explain this to me?

    a silly question, doesn't your son know the password for your switch or your phone? Because if that's the case, he can remove the parental control and then turn off his switch so that it reactivates!

      Hello

      I had the same problem, but after some experience, it turns out that it’s a bug and that the updates are sometimes delayed, which probably explains the open lock icon displayed on the app.
