Hello, I activated my parental code in the settings of my volkaX IPTV box, but when I go to the channel and I'm asked to enter my code, my remote doesn't allow me to do so and I don't have a keyboard that appears on my TV screen as it did when I created my code in the settings.
Can someone help me?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 84.0.4147.111

Hello

The only answer should be in your device's manual, to perform a "reset" or simply to explain how to do it with a code.
Check the brand's website first.
