I can no longer access my messaging on my La Banque Postale account

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.0.3

    Have you tried from a PC?

    If it works, it might be a problem with the mobile app and/or its cache... (You can also try, still on mobile, with a browser other than the dedicated app if that's what you're using)

    If it doesn't work either, the best thing would definitely be to contact customer service by phone. (I am not a customer of La Banque Postale... so I wouldn't be able to tell you more about the contact methods available)
