Hello everyone,
I was using the La Banque Postale app without any problems, but now I get the message "La Banque Postale has stopped."
I just changed my battery, and for a few days, I installed and used the app on a tablet; could that be the cause? (For Certicode Plus, I must use the app on my smartphone).

Hello,
To try to resolve the issue with your Google account on your smartphone,
- Go to your Google account on the computer by clicking on your avatar.
- Click on Manage your account
- On the left, click on Security
- Scroll down to Your devices and click on Manage devices
- Click on the smartphone, then Sign out.
This may reset things. Then try to log back in on the smartphone.
