Printing on revision cards (bristol)

Hello, I would like to know how to print on a bristol paper (12.5 cm by 20 cm).

I managed to change the paper size settings both in Word and Excel as well as in my printer settings.

I did a first test print but it didn’t work, as it did not print the table correctly; it only printed half of the table and just the top part of the sheet.

I have done several more tests by changing the margins and the font size. I even tried reducing the sheet size to see if that was the issue, but nothing works.

What can I do?

P.S.: my printer is a Brother DCP-9020cdw.

    According to the manual, you should be able to insert this format into the manual feed slot.
    Therefore, you need to define the custom paper size in the printer driver and, of course, in Word or another program...
    The paper should be fed through the small side (125mm)...

    However, what seems to be a problem is that this printer does not handle thick paper well... the recommended weight is between 75 and 90 g/m²... Bristol paper is over 250 g/m²!!

    I understood well that when trying to print double-sided, the printer does not like bristol paper. However, what I do not understand is that it prints the document I want to print only halfway and does not adapt to the size of the bristol paper, even though I have made all the changes regarding the format.

    No matter how much I change the size of the margins, the footer, the header, as well as the page format, it always prints the document in the same way.

    Incomprehensible.

      You need to look at how the printing is done and perhaps change the paper orientation in the print settings.

      Given your format, it's as if you are printing an envelope.. It is possible that depending on the orientation, you may not be able to create your document normally in Word and that you are forced to do it in a page area to orient it according to the direction of the paper feed..

      This is a hypothesis.. without knowing the driver or the printer, it's not easy to see what is happening.

    In the print options of Word (2019), at the place where you click to print, at the bottom there is a tab that shows "1 page per sheet," you click on it and you will have an option to "scale to paper size"....
    or in your printer settings, you should have an option to scale the document relative to your paper (I have that on my Brother).

      I've already done what you're saying but it doesn't change anything
      It only prints half or almost nothing of the document while it's centered on the page and I've left space for the holes
      So I don't understand.
