Hello,
I have a Samsung Tab A7 2000 tablet.
I tried to perform a hard reset but I can't do it.
First, I pressed the power and volume down buttons at the same time, then once the tablet is off, I change and press volume up, and it doesn't work. Then I do the power and volume up manipulation when the tablet is off, and again it's a failure. Can you please help me?
