Freebox Pop remote control settings

Hello,

My free pop remote only works if I am near the TV; as soon as I move two meters away, the red LED flashes and it can't find the signal??? What should I do?

    change the batteries and if it still doesn’t work, contact Free at 3244 for an exchange.

      Hi,
      I've had the same issue since February, even after changing the batteries. Free sent me a new remote that behaves the same way. I've called them 12 times, and they act like they're ignoring me! They tell me to wait for the update for the box. After the updates, the problem is still there. I have to GET UP to change the channel! Their support is a joke!
      I'm surprised I can't find more complaints. When I say they're ignoring me, I mean they stop talking to me and wait for me to hang up. Curiously, I don't receive satisfaction surveys when things go wrong.
