A hello, a response, a thank you are always appreciated.
I've had the same issue since February, even after changing the batteries. Free sent me a new remote that behaves the same way. I've called them 12 times, and they act like they're ignoring me! They tell me to wait for the update for the box. After the updates, the problem is still there. I have to GET UP to change the channel! Their support is a joke!
I'm surprised I can't find more complaints. When I say they're ignoring me, I mean they stop talking to me and wait for me to hang up. Curiously, I don't receive satisfaction surveys when things go wrong.
