Video Card Issue Solved

Question

Good evening
the problem I have is that I had a hard drive issue on an HP Probook i5 G7 and I replaced it with another drive, but when I installed Windows 10 Pro 64 Bits, I can't get the sound card installed and yet I went to the HP Support website and installed the "Realtek" driver sp 112228 and it didn’t work.
I checked my configuration and installed the driver and it’s still the same.
If someone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Well, the version is 1607
And I realize that even the sound isn't working.
On the taskbar where you adjust the volume, I see a cross next to the speakers and when I click on it, it says no audio output device is installed.

But I still have the multimedia audio controller with a yellow exclamation mark in "other devices" in Device Manager.

To update it to version 21H1:

Run it
Check --> Upgrade this PC now
