NO MORE RINGTONE FOR INCOMING SMS ON MY WIKO

Hello,
For a few days now, I haven't had the ringtone alerting me to the reception of SMS on my WIKO VIEW.
If you have a solution, I've looked but couldn't find one..., thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 91.0.4472.77

    Can you long press on a free space on your phone, Home settings, and turn on receive notifications?
    Can you check that the volume is turned up to the maximum, then restart your phone and let me know if it works?

    Can you go to Settings, Apps, Messages, then force stop and clear the cache in Storage?
    Then restart your phone and let me know if it works?
